What should I include in my message?
Your artist or band name, the email on your account, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help if something looks broken in the dashboard.
Can you help with billing or plan changes?
Yes. Tell us which plan you are on and what you want to change - we can walk you through upgrades, downgrades, or refunds covered by our 30-day guarantee.
Is there a phone number?
Email is the fastest route for most questions. Headliner plans also include phone support - mention your plan in the form and we will follow up with the right channel.
